Kforce is seeking a Financial Analyst IV in Mountain View, CA. Must Have

- 5+ years of FP&A experience.

- Willing and able to initiate, manage, and execute projects with minimal supervision.

- Improves financial status by analyzing results; Monitoring variances; Identifying trends; Recommending actions to management
- Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up forecast/analytical data
- Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; Studying proposed changes in methods and materials
- Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; Coordinating information requirements
- Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Reviewing publications
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent tenure from related positions in highly dynamic finance roles (Global experience preferred, Corporate FP&A experience preferred)
- Deep experience with deriving insights from analysis, formulating those insights into concise story lines and delivering presentations to senior executives to influence decision making
- Strong understanding of investment management and resource planning (preferably in a technology company and/or in a Corporate FP&A capacity)
- Additional experience leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives as a part of prior responsibilities
- Self-starter with a desire to quickly learn and excel; Willing and able to initiate, manage, and execute projects with minimal supervision
- Trusted business partner who delivers operational excellence by understanding the needs of the business and identifying opportunities to improve financial results
- Strong understanding of translating business results into an insightful and consumable story for leadership teams (e.g. dashboards, presentations, etc.)
